Black Box Reader® is an electronic measuring device used in conjunction with AccuMeth® brand meth residue test kits. Black Box Reader® utilizes lateral-flow assay and digital line intensity reading. With the press of a button, you will get a digital reading of the exact amount of meth residue present (within + 50 ng of target standard) on your AccuMeth® test cassette, in just 15 seconds.

The Reader is powered by lithium battery and comes with a USB cord that allows you to download the data into a computer. Comes with easy to use instructions. Fits in the palm of your hand! Watch our how-to video.

AccuMeth® brand meth testing kits allow you to quickly and reliable measure meth residue on surfaces at the most recognized legal standards of 0.1 ng/100cm2 and 0.5 ng/100cm2. Calibration data show that the Black Box Reader® is able to measure methamphetamine concentration quantitatively in a range of 0.125 - 0.75 ug/100cm2 of the target standard.
