These rapid format, diagnostic tests can be used for the detection of methamphetamine residue targeting the most recognized state legal limits of 0.1 ug/100cm2 and 0.5 ug/100cm2. The tests are to be used for surface detection of methamphetamine, MDMA and d,l methamphetamine obtained from a buffer activated wipe. The results are visually read between 5 to 10 minutes and compared to a Line Intensity Card (click to see how it looks); semi-quantitatively. The results can also be read using with the Black Box Reader® to get a digital reading of the exact amount of meth residue on the AccuMeth® cassette to within + or - 50 ug of the target standard.

Certified laboratories analyzing methamphetamine residue are allowed a deviation of + or - 20% on their surrogate recovery.
